Senior Director of Outsourced Services

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Director to impact and add value with their strategic vision. They will be responsible for revenue forecasting, management, promotion, and delivery of the service while always striving for continual improvement.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Resource management and capacity planning 
  • Revenue forecasting 
  • Overseeing the identification and resolution of problems in department processes 
  • Ensuring processes are developed to meet the needs of an expanding team, increased business growth and an expansion of services 
  • Identifying and resolving challenges with clients, team members or other Instem teams 
  • Proving on-going guidance, support and direction to the team 
  • Dividing large internal or external projects across qualified team members to leverage varying skills and optimizing time to completion 
  • Provides support to sales 
  • Creation of SOWs and pricing that meet the defined business needs/metrics 
  • Ensuring proper allocation of staff to meet overall profitability goals 
  • Establishing, monitoring and meeting agreed performance metrics/KPIs. 
  • Focused on client-satisfaction, quality deliverables and a professional experience for our clients. 
  • Addressing difficult client issues/meetings/relationships, issue mitigation and decision making 



Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Management experience leading a minimum of 10 staff
  • Experience recruiting and ensuring a streamline on boarding and training of staff
  • Proven record of success managing client projects from small to large scale
  • Comfortable working in a remote and global environment e.g., supporting global staff and global clients
  • Experienced with establishing and working toward department metrics
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and performance improvements
  • Experience working in a regulated industry ensuring proper processes and controls are in place to meet industry needs
  • Experience working in a Sales support role i.e., RFP responses, proposals/SOWs, contract reviews, client engagements, industry presentations
