Sales Support Administrator

As a member of the Global Sales Support organization, reporting to the Sr. Direct of Global Customer Management and based in our Conshohocken, PA office, this individual will be responsible for facilitating the formal completion of the sales order bookings process (order entry) via NetSuite and Salesforce.com. This individual will work closely with Sales, Project Management and Finance to ensure that all orders are properly booked in NetSuite in a timely manner. The Sales Support Administrator will also perform some basic office administration / management functions.


You will be involved with these tasks on a daily basis:

  • Become NetSuite functional expert
  • Become Salesforce.com functional expert
  • Order Bookings Process
  • Pull opportunity data from Salesforce.com, solicit input from reps and project managers to facilitate the creation of the “booking form”
  • Liaise with project managers, finance, and sales team
  • Enter bookings into NetSuite (accurately and timely)
  • Co-ordinate with Finance staff members to review NetSuite data on a weekly basis
  • Annual Fee Renewal Process
  • Work closely with Sr. Director of Global Customer Management to support the “Annual Fee” renewal process
  • Maintain “Annual Fee” renewal log in NetSuite
  • Liaise with sales team at renewal time to ensure renewal is accepted by customer
  • Office Administration
  • Basic office management duties including but not limited to: office support including phones, mail distribution, supplies, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills: 

  • Salesforce.com experience beneficial, but not required
  • NetSuite or other ERP system experience beneficial, but not required
  • Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; OneNote)
  •  2-3 years in a similar role or relevant experience beneficial, but not required 

  • Highest standards of accuracy, precision and analysis; highly organized.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Results-oriented

  • Highly driven / self-directed
